During the passage from Hamble to Brest via the wonderful Channel Islands, we will encounter the UK’s most beautiful craft all bound for this incredible fete. Once there, the Bretons put on one of the greatest sailing spectacles in the world. Literally thousands of craft gather to race, laugh and share in the joy of our joint heritage. With Bastille Day on the 14th and the music of every kind, from brass, Celtic, Breton and shanty’s, the French really know how to throw a party.
